includes an extension of the City of
Gillette’s water, sewer, and drainage
infrastructure to serve the property.
WOODLAND PARK SUBDIVISION
Woodland Park, LLC
Woodland Park Subdivision includes 79 residential lots just off Coffeen Avenue in the southern part of Sheridan, Wyoming. Construction began in March 2008 and was completed in November. This unique subdivision is oriented to face the Big Horn Mountains. The lots are overlot graded and each has a great view of these spectacular mountains. Planning, design, surveying, and construction services were provided by Centennial Collaborative for this project.
WRENCH RANCH HILLS, PHASE I

Wrench Ranch Hills is currently in its Master Planning stages. Phase I will consist of approximately 90 acres located on the north end of the City of Sheridan.
